REDFOX Racing founder and CEO is Tracey Rook who has had lifetime of experience with horses, first competing in equestrian events on her horses at age of seven. At sixteen Tracey rode track work for racing legend Tommy Smith at Tulloch Lodge and progressed to an apprentice jockey at Bounding Away . The time spent riding for one of racings legendary trainers was an invaluable experience and the foundation for the next 30 years in the horseracing and breeding industry. Her passion for the industry has led Tracey to successfully breeding and racing her own racehorses, and to the extensive study of racehorse pedigrees and to the creation of the REDFOX Thoroughbreds racehorse syndications.  

REDFOX Racing & Bloodstock Manager Bill Duncan brings a lifetime of business management and horsemanship experience and knowledge to REDFOX. Bill grew up in the racing stables as his father and grandfather were horse trainers so Bill succumbed to the love of horses and racing at a very young age. Bill founded and managed his first company at 18 years old whilst a soldier in the Australian Army and has successfully owned and managed his own companies for the past 40 years. In 1992 Bill purchased a 100 acre property in Orchard Hills NSW where he built a new horse training complex and the three-generations of the Duncan racing family successfully train from the facility. Its Bill’s extraordinary eye for detail with the ability to plan, organize, operate and communicate at the highest levels that has attributed to his combined success in business and the selection and training of racehorses.
